Does anyone know how money can be transfered from PP to moneybookers?

best thing is go to the horse mouth so to speak..check out the moneybookers site ..cointact them direct via their website..just go to moneybookers.com

I have open personal exchange and I cater alertpay, paypal liberty reserve and moneybookers. My rate range from 5 to 12%. And moneybookers usually I charge 12% fee.
Simply because everything in moneybookers has a fee.
