I need to loose weight in 5 months

Currently im 205 lbs. In about 5 months from now, my brother will be getting married and I want to look my best wich includes loosing weight. Im also having problems with breathing thats why im thinking that I realy need to loose weight.
How can this be done in 5 months. My target weight is at least 160lbs or in other words loose 10 lbs every month. Do you think its possible? If it is can you help me.

I think it's very possible. With diet and excercise. I was never very big but there was a time I lost alot of weight just by going on a liquid diet. I was having problems with my jaw and couldn't chew. What I did was take my favorite foods and put them in a blender if I could. Such as Broccolli and cheese...lol. I ate alot of soups. They also have diet shakes you can buy in cans for the nutrients your body needs. I'm not sure but it seems that if your body doesn't have to work so hard at digesting it, it doesn't keep it.

I think that you should aim for a shorter goal in less time that way it doesn't seem so overwhelming. You could probably most likely lose it in that time, if you got on a strict diet and worked out everyday, with the exception of one day off a week. You should try doing cardio one day then weight training (i am referring to lifting weights) the next. Rotate your exercises. Cut out all sugar and drink water, tea, and low fat or skim milk. When you get up in the morning, drink an 8 oz glass of water. Make sure you do have something to eat post-workout, such as a piece of dry toast or plain oatmeal. Cut back on your carbs. Eat whole-wheat grains instead of white grains. Try to eat fresh veggies as much as possible. I hope you reach your goal or come as close to it as possible. Good Luck!!!

Im trying not to eat rice as much as posible and im starting to do a rugular excercise, I think this is the part that I missed a lot, regular excercise.

Take it easy. Loose weight for your own sake not your brother's wedding. Try to avoid carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, wheat, sugar). Try to eat meat with vegetables. It really works!!

Im also trying to loose weight for my own sake because im having problem with breathing and I get tired easily. Thats what im trying to do know eat vegies and some meat.
