Age and Retirement?

With the age of retirement always increasing when it comes to social security it's kind of frightening. Not to mention wether social security will even be here when we reach that age. Sometimes I wish we could take advantage of our retirement somehow while we are young and still have the energy to enjoy the things in life we can't enjoy during our working years. Many people by the time they reach retirement age have so many problems they can't enjoy it like they should be able to. What good is that?
