You can borrow it from somebody you know ( friend and family ), or you can sell something that worth around that amount. If you want to borrow from your friend and family, since the amount pretty big, you can go to www.circlelending.com
From there you and the person you borrow money can make a legal contract, on how the term that you gonna pay them back.
Last source that I suggest don't even go there, is a loan shark.

no..no...that circlelending.com if you have like family and friend offline that you can trust, when they agree to lend you the money you make the contract on www.circlelending.com

what if you don't have anything to sell so you can cumulate the sum and noone wants to borrow to you those money or part of them.it's hard to say,you have no solutions.
