Add or Accept Friends?

I usually add friends. With the way I am going with the star section, (down to an i because I said I was pro=life) again, I have to check the profiles. In fact, there are some I am thinking of adding as friends but have not gotten around to it. I like having as many as possible.

For now,i'm in mission to reach my first 500 so i just wait for others to add me as a friend and i surely accept!

I have to admit that I have accepted far more friends than I have added. When I first started on mylot in November 2006, I didn't often add people because I was kind of nervous they would decline , and then later it just seemed like people were always adding me, so I didn't bother,I always accepted friend request but I am very rarely request to be someones friend but I have done it before and I have done so in months.

I don't easily add or accept friends, I have to look at their profile and activity first. I add friends if ever I see that we have something in-common, like interests. But know, I often add friends or make requests. I just let people with potentials come to me, who are willing to provide me good discussions to read and respond at. That is what I commonly look for friends, because I love giving my best opinion at topics they made that attracts my attention!;)

i just let people add me and then ill just accept it ^.^

Maybe both are all right! if i find a person that he/she get the same interests as mine ,then i'll send a message of making friends,and most of time,i'll accept friends with a request. By the way,My i have a question ? It's about some city i don't know called NC in United States. Thanks!! ! ^_^

I usually just let people add me, unless a friend of mine joins the site, then I will add them, but thats happened only a couple times.. so mostly they add me and I just accept.

I very rarely request to be someones friend and I havnt done so in months, Its usually people requesting to be my friend..I accept most, I have denied one, and just deleted one because I accepted and then they sent me spam..

Once in a while someone will really catch my eye with their writing, and I'll request their friendship.

I haven't requested anyone to be on my friends list yet. I usually let people add me, and then I'll accept. But if they start spamming me with referral links, I delete them right away. I won't private message someone unless someone else takes the initiative.

i usually do both, if someone replied to my discussion and i like their response and we are in both interest, i usually add this user. i never had denied anyone to be my friend here.

I have only added friends twice, and both times it was denied so I don't add friends anymore. That happened when I was a very new myLotter, so I think I might be a little traumatized or something LOL. I joke! But now I just don't like adding, I usually just accept those who add me. I don't tend on sending friends messages either, unless I'm interested in something they're offering or something like.

Since i'm fairly new to the site i haven't requested any friends yet but have had a few requests and always accept.
