opening a family day care

the option has hit to open a family day care, and i accepted, i am opening a family day care up.. not for couple months, i have to find a house to rent first (in a town 60 ks from here) i will be opening it up in.
i think be so awesome. close to home again and my partner.
anyone have any advice?
