Dilemma.... Could anyone.. please help me..

My husband have transfered and work in an area that is 1 hour from home. And he woke up 5 am and back home 11/12 am. I dont think this will work between us and my baby. My baby can't see his father and I'm so sad. I'm working in mom in law companies. I want to leave this company because they do not pay me as I am. I want to work near to my husband and live there. Here, in the office I'm doing all the job, and pay me less than expected. They can hired people that want low salary as RM500 for starting. I don't want to disappoint anybody, my mom in law or others. Its so hard to live in such demanding and expesive world. Its all about family and my life. What can I do? Leave my town and work near to my husband or else? Thank you for all your response.

I feel the only option for you is to move to a place nearer to your husband's work place. It saves a lot of time and money. As a young family togetherness is important. It is this time that you build a strong foundation to instill closeness as a family unit.

Waking up very early in the morning ang being underpaid is the main reason why I quit my job as a teacher of a so called "International School". Just think of what your real priority is. Mine is to be able to take care of my baby, to be with her for longer period of time in a day. If you are qualified for other jobs, I think you should quit you current one and look for another that will suit the life that you want.

You have to do what you think is right for your family and if that means moving away then do it, if its feasable..You do not have to prove anything to anyone and they should not be upset by what you do,its your life and your decision...Go with your heart..
