Do you think just clever kid should be support?

My country is a developing country. Some area is very pool espacially in the mountainous area because the traffic isn't developed. Some area have no highway. People earning little money that cann't support their kid for studying. So people collect money because of their love. But the collection is not enough to let all kid who have no money go to school. And people became to select kids who are clever to go to school. Do you think just clever kid should be supported ? I don't think so. And another opinion, do people clever in the future just because he is clever when he is young?

first thing is howu define clever.. if clever is how a person conducts himself, how he demonstrates persence of mind.. and how well he uses what he learns.. the i think a clever child deserves education more than the others.. as he will make use of this education for the best..

We define a clever kid by his study. Other people determined if he was clever. But the kid who not very clever also have right to be education. Can we breave their right. I think we select kid who should be support should be by random.
