My dad is so mean to my dogs.He only feeds them once a day and he gets mad when they whimper.He also gets mad w/Bruno(one of my dogs' names)whenever he poos down.I'd like to say this right in his face,"put yourself in their shoes" and "that's a dog.It doesn't have a mind.Good if you train it." I pity those poor dogs.When I move to my own house,I'll bring them along w/me.Do you also think that my dad is mean?

I'd like to do that.But I'm always in school.I wouldn't have time to feed them as much as I want.my parents beat me up as well and I abhor them for that.

hey ur dad is beeing mean.. Dogs need food atleast twice a days.. and they also need to be taken fr walks to poo.. but also it a fact that dogs need to be trained.. and u can do that by showing ur anger for certain behaviour

I agree with the other posters. But, if you think your dad is being mean to them, they take it upon yourself to care and feed them. Some people just don't like dogs. Good luck!

As long as they're getting enough food, they only need to be fed once per day. My girl is in fantastic shape and she only gets one meal a day and a milkbone when I think about it. According to the vet she's an ideal weight for her breed and size, and I've always fed her the same way.
Only puppies need meals several times a day.
