My friends have a habit is that when we meet together, we must drink a lot of wine or beer. I see it seems a habit for a lot of people. It is a bad habit, isn't it? I don't want to drink but I must drink with them. If not, I make the uncomfortable environment. But drinking make me feel unpleasant when meet them.

I have never had a drink in my life. It was my choice, not a religious thing or anything. I have had friends who tried to get me to drink but the answer was no thanks. I can have a great time without drinking.
I think if these are your true friends, they will not want you to be uncomfortable and do things you don't want to do. I had a lot of pressure on me growing up and in my 20's but I guess people realized I did not want to drink and nothing they said was going to change it. I didn't scold them for drinking and we all had fun. They accepted me for who I was.
Those who didn't weren't my friends.
Now, as I am older, no one expects anything from me and, if I wanted to drink my friends would be fine and when I don't they are fine with it. Please don't give into pressure to do something you are uncomfortable with. Tell your friends gently that you don't enjoy drinking so much but you still enjoy their company and hopefully, they will accept you for you.
