A good TEA

Nowadays, i am taking a tea daily.before 6month when i was taking a tea then was taking a tea i went into the bathroom.I was very worried about it.So i went to doctor and advice him.Then i took advide to my family doctor. Then he gave me suggestion. Nowadays iam taking a tea daily.When i make a tea so i put a zinger in a tea.

If tea gives trouble for the belly drink coffee.
