Binge Drinking: How much is too much??

Have you or anyone you know ever done this?? I recently saw a video on yahoo where they spoke about how much brain damage teens have from binge drinking. I think something like this is very dangerous, and some people may not even realize they are drinking too much and are having negative side effects from alcohol... How many drinks do you think is an acceptable amount to drink every day? every week??
