I really love to travel so I like the tourist industry very much. They make it easy to fly to many places in the world to see interesting sights. I think the money tourists spend can help the local people in the poorer destinations. However all inclusive hotels can keep the tourist's money for themselves. I like to see tourist respecting the local people, caring for the environment and native animal life. I feel very lucky to have been able to see Mayan ruins in Central America, go on a safari in Africa and snorkeling to some of the best coral reefs in the world.

Hello jothis, Yes, tourism is an enchanting industry and one that can help a country a lot. Tourism promotes one country's beautiful places, traditions and cultures to the the rest of the world. It helps to bring in foreign currencies specifically dollars to a country. And also tourism provides jobs and income opportunity for the local people living in the area. Take Care! :-)
