I just love coffee and I've heard a lot of negative effects of coffee. Despite that, I still keep drinking coffee but in moderation. Coffee just has this unique aroma that beckons me to take a sip, and another sip and a cup of it. I end there. I don't go for another cup. A lot of people avoid coffee because of the negative effects that has been circulating about coffee. Are you aware that coffee also has a lot of health benefits? Among which are: cancer prevention, lowers risk of kidney stone development, prevents cirrhosis of the liver, and parkinsons disease. There are still lots of benefits from coffee but these are the most common benefits from different researches. So, what's your attitude towards coffee now?

I admire people who take real coffee breaks...when I was young, I used to drink coffee which my parents made every morning (home made). It's ironical because today, at my age, I no longer drink coffee simply because I could not sleep at night when I take a few sips. My colleagues are certified coffee drinkers, and all I take during breaks is either water or diet soda, but in very small amounts. I know that anti-oxidants in coffee, but the problem is that it interfers with my sleep, hence I avoid it as much as possible.

Oh, beware! Coffee is addictive! The smell will lure you one day. You will be drinking coffee like your roommate too. Its really delicious, come on, give it a try. LOL. It can lull you to sleep for a while but it can give you lots of energy when you wake up.

i must have coffee everyday. coffee with condensed milk in the morning, black coffee in the afternoon tea-break, and coffee w milk again late in the night. Sometimes i might have another cuppa of expresso during lunchtime. It's becoming sort of a habit for me now. Many people i know has advised me against taking too much coffee. i've hypertension lately and this might be due to too much coffee. i've now reduced to 2-3 cuppa per day, and inbetween if i have the urge, i'll take tea instead.

Oh no, that isn't good anymore. Coffee is good but I think the most would be 2 cups a day. Coffee does have a lot of health benefits but it still has its down side too. The heart is not very safe if you've stored lots of caffeine in your body. Drinking tea does help but tea still has caffeine. Be careful.

Oh,yeah!I like coffee very much. It's not only for its taste, but also the feelings.
For myself,I choose coffee as my name for I really enjoy the deep thinking it gives me.Somebody says that coffee is coffee,it can't become juice even added with sugar. So,I regard coffee as a primitive feeling of life. And I would like to be a cup of coffee even than juice. Also I am sure that there are certainly somebody in the world likes to drink coffee..

Whipped cream and more chocolate syrup on top

I grew up watching my parents and grandparents drink coffee too. I've always thought coffee wasn't good for the body but I just love the smell so I researched on the truth of its negative popularity. Thanks for sharing.

I'm pretty neutral about coffee. I drink it when ever I feel like, usually no more than 2 times a month or so.

I'm not really a coffee addict but I do drink coffee at times. It has a 'waking' effect on me to prevent me from falling asleep. On the negative side, it gives me insomnia as well. My view is to just take note of the positive and negative side of coffee and don't get overdose.
