Help please

I have a problem with my DirectX , i tried system restore but after restarting they tell me system restore cannot be performed or something like that. I also tried reinstalling DirectX and this is what they tell me : The procedure entry point DdEntry12 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll . Please help me solve this problem!! Oh and I checked my DirectX and they said D2D8.dll missing so I downloaded it from a .dll site and put it in my C:/WINDOWS/system and it still cannot work! Please solve this problem , please!

Finally i just can suggest to you to format your computer and install the windows once again! The suggestion only can be used if there's nobody can help you to solve the problem.Other way,why don't you type Problem of Direct X at search engine.You will find many site about direct x problem solving there!
