HOW do I get referrals???

I belong to several good GPT sites, and I have a few referrals on two of them, but I want MORE! I just tried two traffic sites (been a few days now) and I still haven't gotten any new referrals. What do you all do to get referrals to your sites? Here are my two links, if anyone is interested in trying traffic sites:

You can get referrals in many ways. You can join forums, traffic exchanges, create your own blog with all the site details and the referral links and then submit your blog to blog directories which help to get traffic to ur blog and thus referrals. Good luck!
