A 59-year-old German woman has had most of a pencil removed from inside her head after suffering nearly her whole life with the headaches and nosebleeds it caused. Margret Wegner fell over carrying the pencil in her hand when she was four. "The pencil went right through my skin -- and disappeared into my head," Wegner told the newspaper.

You know I am always hearing stories like this and I am still not surprised at how much the human body can handle. The poor lady tho has dealt with so much pain for so long tho. I am glad she dosnt have to suffer for the rest of her life. Now she can live comfortable and normal life.

Wow that is really crazy and weird. I mean 55 years that is a really long time to deal with that.

Wow that is crazy. I couldn't imagine going through life having that pencil in my head. And the headaches and nose bleeds. I can't believe that the doctors have never taken an xray of her head to make sure that nothing was going on. Wow 55 years is a long time.
