I think cheating starts from thoughts, because a person thought at first about the situation, then the physical thing follows. Human beings always use their thoughts in everything they do, whether it is useful or useless for them or for the situation.

I absolutely agree with you. If you are thinking about even a past person you have been with then you are not totally with the person you are with.

I agree with this. Thoughts come in the cheating zone.

I think we all think about cheating, but that doesn't make it so. Our actions are what causes the cheating. Thinking can be wiped away, but once done it's done. There is no taking that back. So honestly, I think that the act of cheating is physical.

I think emotional cheating can be much more damaging than physical cheating. If someone is constantly talking to, opening up emotionally with, confiding in, etc. a member of the opposite gender other than their partner - to me, its cheating. You are sharing your soul with someone other than the one you're committed to. That is wrong.

I think cheating is when you give the affections and attentions meant for your partner to someone else. I also think that it is still cheating when its done online. AT PEACE WITHIN

my definition of cheating includes the toughts of cheating that finaly materialise into physicaly acts .the idea comes into brain first through the impulses given by the sights and then becomes desire a desire that we feel the need of satisfying as soon as possible.and then we act it physicaly

Cheating is betraying trust.Trust is knowing someone has a defined promise from you and you to them,in regards to some predefined behavior sand expectations. And its believing neither of you will go against that promise.

Hi, i think cheating starts from thought, as if your thoughts arent pure, your deeds will never be pure and the devil has gone into your thoghts, which corrupts all other deeds in time i think. Each one to their ownself, i guess. Over all cheating is cheating no matter how you do it and its not being loyal in deeds nor physical, which itself is not right. First the thoughts come up and those lead to the read deed, its the thoughts that make things happen, so if you are thinking ill or cheating someone, and you dont manage to stop your thoughts, then the cheating is more harmful than the physical act done.

I dont see thoughts as being cheating at all after allthey are just thoughts. I do believe that acting on your thoughts with someone other than the person you are comitted to or dating is cheating.

Cheating for me is when one partner is intimate with someone other than their partner behind that persons back...THINKING about other ppl is not only NOT cheating but its actually healthy and completely natural...

I think there are both physical and emotional cheating. Everyone obviously knows what physical cheating is. I also consider kissing physical cheating. I consider emotional cheating if you are having a relationship with someone as in going on dates, talking on the phone, chatting online even without physical involvement.

I think physical is cheating, and thoughts are not. I think that as human beings we are going to think of things, and it's healthy to do so. If my husband was thinking about someone else, I wouldn't accuse him of cheating, and I dont think he would me either.
