God's whisper of comfort quiets the noise of our trials.

God's word is a lamp to our feet and it comforts s in times of trials when we read and keep in our hearts God' promises We can see that reading the word of God everyday is more important than the food we eat coz the food for our soul is more important than the food for our bodies. And when we are troubled we are comforted by the words of God writen in the Bible and this could quiet the noisy trials that we experience. His promise encourages us in the hardships of life, and it provides the whisper of His comfort to calm us, and assure us of a new hope in the midst of the darkness. Happy mylotting.

Yes that's usually the first thing I do , well not always, but it should be. Reach for the Bible. There are so many comforting verses in there to turn to.

In today world we need spirtual guidance, and we do need to read god word every day and let it guide our foot step, the bible is a reminder of what we should do, and how we should live, it not for us to guide our own foot steps. Thank God that there's a god. I appreciate him, and going to try every day to become a servant of his.

What good is it to be physically alive, though, if you lose your soul to hell when you leave?

funny how you show the picture of adam and god, for it is one of the biggest signs of atheism in the Sistine chapel.

hank you for the comforting words my friend, I tried to remove the picture but i have no idea how to. This fighting guy is trying to make me guilty and uncomfortable of things that I am not aware of like this atheism thing that he speaks of. I dont know wht his motives are but I dont like the way he just intimidated me.

thanks for sharing that. Yes daily quiet time is very important. I'm currently going through the book of Jeremiah and the book of Psalms. One or two chapters per day from each. This reading programme is based on a devotional by D.A. Carson called "for the love of God" which is very good if you've heard of the writer. which devotional are you using or which passages are you reading now? we can share. :)

What a beautiful and encouraging post. I needed that! Especially since I'm trusting God for some miracles right now.
