Do you think a fair woman commands more power than an ordinary woman?

Everything has its own advantages and disadvantages,what i would really love to say that anybody with good heart and right positive frame of mind would lead to success rather than outer appearances and other factors,a fair woman would normally be apt for special fields like modelling,receptionist,promotional positions and getting things get their way but the flip side is that they degrade their own morality and self-respect not enough to be a good human.

May I be clarified ... when you say "fair"... does it mean "fair-complexioned"? or "unbiased" ?

As human beings, we love to look at beautiful things.
But I personally do not look much on the outside appearance of a woman or lady, but rather on her persuasive power. A fair-complexioned woman may be beautiful to look at, but it would still depend on how she handles herself in any given situation.
As a person was assigned to the HR department once, I chose not the prettiest applicant but the "brainiest" and the "smartest".

Dear ssh123, It is true fair woman commands more power than an ordinary woman. I had a colleague who was actually ugly and black. After talking to her for one minute your image about her complete will completely change. Next time you will give more attention to her than any fair and beautiful woman. She become Sales Manager of our organisation within 2 years from a ordinary clerk.
