I wonder, have you ever come across miraculous situations, like, situations that you cannot explain or cannot think is simply coincidence? Last week i experienced one. It started raining extremely heavily, only my two kids and I was at home. The roof of our kitchen suddently gave in and started leaking like a waterfall. I was so panicked and kept a huge bucket under it. Then in 5 seconds, another room roof started leaking the same way. I didnt know what to do and add to that my two kids were trying to touch the water (they were of course having a marvelous time with water inside the house). Anyway, i just thought, dear Jesus, what can i do alone, please stop the rain. Within a minute the rain stopped and the sky was nice and sunny. This is i think really amazing and i thanked Jesus for saving me from trouble. What do you think about this situation and please let me know whether you also experienced such similar situations.

Hmm I dont understand. What do you mean by water proofing of the roof. This is a normal flat clay tile roof. They have already put cement in between tiles where necessary. Anyway, we are not planning to keep this roof as it is cos it is not properly done. When we have enough money, we will raise the walls a little bit and redo the roof. There are certin other things also to be done, like the wash/bath area. It is not up to standard. So, little by little, we are planning to do, after we are at ease with the current housing loans. Thanks for your concern SSH, have a great day.

..most certainly! I have found (over 30+ years) that the Lord always comes and brings the help we need with Him.. Always.
- For example years ago I prayed for my sister who had contracted terminal leukemia, and the Lord 'said' see that painting your mother painted which hangs on your chimney opposite your back door? And see the lamb that is in my arms? That's your sister. All will be well. ...And it was.
- Then a few years later a good friend contracted terminal cancer and underwent treatments which were not expected to do all that much, but many were praying.. and the cancer went into remission. Also I was healed of childhood traumas (my first memory is of my head being held under water.. and being molested, that's a small sample of my childhood) but I was healed when God brought me to the truth and ultimate reality of Life(/Him).. To me it's a miracle that I've been happily married more than thirty years and raised healthy well adjusted kids, as I was once extremely dysfunctional, and without Jesus.. forget it! I'm just a basket of pieces.

Miracles are just that, a miracle and generally there is no "logical" explanation why they happen. But they do happen to people all the time, and when we are granted some sort of miracle, then all we can do is thank God for helping us at the very time when we most needed assistance.
A couple of years ago we were travelling, and for some reason both decided we would stop for a bit of a break. No reason at all for deciding as we had only had a stop half an hour earlier. But stop we did and just read our books. About half an hour later all the emergency services with sirens going came past at high speed. Police, Ambulance, Fire trucks, Search & Rescue etc so we knew something was ahead of us.
We waited for another half an hour and then set off again towards home. We turned on our UHF radio (for communication between vehicles) and heard there had been an accident ahead. Soon enough we reached the scene of the accident, and the cars that were involved were those who were travelling at the same time as we were. In fact, the car which had been hit head-on was immediately behind us when we decided to pull over. We eventually got past the scene of the accident and later heard it took them 6 hours to clear the road.
We have always believed that it was a miracle that saved us, because if we had not pulled over then we would have been there are the time of the accident. The 6 cars immediately behind us were all involved in this accident in some way.
Yes, miracles do happen when we least expect them to.

Hi!sherinek
I have experienced miracles many a time while i've been stuck in a situation.Miracles happen when you least excpect it to happen and i believe in a force that guides us.My husband was holding a good job in a foreign country.I stayed back with my son.We managed this way for 5 long years suddenly my husband said he had had enough and would like to return home.We had put all our money into a house we bought we had no clue what we would do next.I dont work we have our growing up son anyway we just took a chance and he came back. All our people thought what we did was foolish.I had immense faith that something would crop up.Within just 2 weeks we got a call from a long lost friend asking my husband to meet him.I believe this person was on the look out for a suitable man to run his business and just then another friend mentioned that my hubby was back and instantly he gave our number and we got the call.My hubby got the job.Which he likes alot and its quite a prestigious assignment. This was one of the many miracles that happenened in my life.

Amen, Praise the Lord - He does answer prayers and there have been many many times when I've seen the power of prayer. I just figure if He doesn't answer then He must have something else in His plans - usually means there is something for me to learn.
