"Life begins at forty." Is this true?

Life begins at forty only if you had already accomplished what you did previously, you raised your children, there were quite a number of them, and you had sacrificed your wellbeing for them. If that is not the case, then life might begin at fifty, or sixty or it might be that life began at birth and what you have now at forty is a continuation of the same.

I guess life is start at the years of 13.The most hard transition age.I think 40 is just the end life begin to show it character.
