How to reduce the weight and maintain tha body, slim?

My friend seems to be very fat. She is taking limited food. eventhough, she is not reduced but increasing. She is not yet married. Every one reject her, because of her abnormal shape and size of the body. Please help me, giving a good suggestion you know.

1. Balances diet full of vitamins. 2. Daily exercise. 3. Controlled callories consumption(depends on age, body & type of work you do.) 4. Avoid fats, oil, rice, sugar in diet. 5. A long walk like 4 kms in the morning and evening. 6. Do this all for an year and check your weight comes down to normal as required. Body height in inches = 2 x weight in pounds.

self discipline is the key to success in everything we want to do in our life! if she is very eager to do so: she needs to watch what she eats, less carbo and sweets for sure should be avoided! I will share to you about my friend. She was teased by everyone because of her size then one summer, we never hear from her, for 2 months she didn't show up and when classes start ,It was June, everyone was amazed, she has the waist, she lose the chubby face, in short, she lose a lot and if she is turning her back, we will never recognize her..She didn't take anything..Just less carbo or zero carbo if possible no meal/snacks in between,dinner before 6 pm. If she feels hungry let her drink plenty of water! Now, my friend got married last year!

i think your friend should take less food every meal day by day,and she must keep it for months,if not it would increase weight soon and be fatter than before,also she should do some sport atleast 2 hours everyday.beside keep smile all the time,it would be slim soon,good luck!
