What was your favourite holiday?

My favourite holiday was three years ago when my hubby and I had a week in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland, Australia. We drove there, which took us two days from where we live on the Gold Coast, and the drive was enjoyable and interesting too. We savoured every little town we drove through! In Port Douglas, the best part was taking a charter boat trip out to the Great Barrier Reef and going snorkelling; seeing all those brightly coloured fish and coral was just breathtaking, and the water was so clear and clean; it's something I will never forget. We took our time driving home, and stopped in at lots of little communities off the beaten track - I felt like I had at last seen the real Australia!

well my favourite holiday is christmas, i am guessing you are talking abour summer, but i love christmas, shopping for others, decorating, just everything!
