Bruised Duck

My part-time job is an interpreter .Yesterday I had a task to translate a Chinese menu into English. When I finished, I found foreigners there all burst into laughter. I was confused till finally I found I made a mistake in spelling and wrote " Bruised Duck" instead of " Braised Duck". You never know how embarrassed I was at that time!!
