how to cash out egold?

It has been ages since i last logged in here at mylot. And today i did, i was suprised to find out that egold no longer is tied up with mylot, but the thing is my earnings have been forwarded to egold already. I now do not know how to cash it out and transferred to my metrobank account (this being the first time for a cash out) i am from the Philippines by the way. Another thing where do i get the swift number of my bank? Please help me, i am all thumbs. Thanks!
