Do you know their is any other country where reservation system present? I do not think their is any single one.... Why we need reservation.... It is just a game played by political parties... We are future of India... No politician have any right to do these... Just avoid these type of politics...

US has, Canada has, Australia has, New Zealand has...there are many. We need quota to bring up to certain level even the undeveloped section of our society. It's not only political game though that is involved.
If you see some villages in Maharashtra, Orissa, Bihar, UP, Jharkhand and so on you cannot say quota is unnecessary. People just don't have even food to eat in many of our villages. The rich are writing is newspaper, internet, magazines etc. saying that quota is bad. Many poor people have never seen even these things. You can write and read and speak English, and you have access to internet...don't these people deserve food to eat? forget about education. Under some NGOs I have gone to villages and I saw their pathetic situation. India will not shine until we bring these people as well to certain level.

Even I Am Not In Favour Of Reservations In India.I Feel It Is The Biggest Hurdle In India Growth And The Biggest Weapon Politiciansd Use To Earn Vote For ThemSelves.
Reservation In Education Has Resulted In Many Students Not Getting the College They Desrve And Students With Just 45 To 50 % Marks Get The Best College In India. It Is Demoralizing Indian Students To Study Here And Go Abroad. It Is The Biggest Reason Leading To Brain Drain From India.

I don't think this is the biggest hurdle for India's growth. In any country if only one section of the citizens are developed and few others are left behind, or few are taken ahead and one left behind, then the one left behind will create lot of problem. There can be civil war as well or kind of breakdown that France experienced sometime back.
It is necessary to have quota system of certain kind. To remove entire quota system at one go will damage India and so many lives. Remember only around 76% are literate. If the rich are going abroad for not getting admission in India where will our poor go? Underground...insurgency...militants...and they will kill your family...my family. We need reservation based on economic condition of individual family, not based on caste. That is what we need to be fighting for. Then years later we can erase quota system. As long as there is quota system based on caste India will always have quota system because caste will never vanish, only their economic condition and status can be changed.

Caste based reservations must come to an end so as to let the meritorious students and persons towards educations and profession and jobs to enjoy at first. If reservation against studies and jobs in need of people can be permitted only to those unemployed parents with minimum income to their family. At any cost caste based reservation system should be avoided towards education, jobs and promotion criterias.

I think it is very very important to have quota system. Yet I think it should be based on the economy of an individual family, and not on caste.
There are lot of people who are not getting two meals a day, and lot who are having no extra clothes or roof above their head. Should we care for them? Definitely. And to care for them the rich may have to give up something. Not everything, but cut down on expenditures, living standard and so on.
I sincerely believe people who argue against quota system have not really seen the real India. They have been raised in cities and they never seen the bigger part of India. This may sound offensive, but more often than not this is true.
