wow, i didn't realize your aniversary was on the 9th, so is mine, tomorrow my hubby and i will be married one year. congrats on the 10 years, must be amazing to have made it that far, i'm amazed at just one year haha... Well, happy 10th anniversary to you and your wife. That has to be the sweetest thing I have heard come out of a man's mouth regarding his wife. She's very lucky to have a man like you as well by her side. May there be many more to come for you and the special lady in your life.

This is something I wanted to share. A lady that worked in my shop (a tattoo shop mind you) was in her early 70's but ROCKED so hard I couldn't NOT hire her to do the books etc. She was married for 50 years to the same man, had a blessed life etc. I asked her what her secret was. She ignored me. She was standing by the front door acting like a 10 year old waiting for someone to pull up with her birthday present. I asked her again and she ignored me again. I walked up to her and she looked so nervous. Asking her what was wrong she smiled, "Nothing's wrong, I am waiting for Fred to pick me up, I always get that way when i know he is coming to get me or on his way home". After 50 years of marriage, she still gets butterflies when she knows he is on his way home. Tell me that isn't awesome. I hope that the next ten years are just as wonderful as the past ten .. you are blessed.

I hope your wife gets to read this message as it is so lovely and would melt her heart. Obviously you deserve such a great woman as you sound like a great man and what do they say "Great minds think alike". I wish you both a happy anniversary and many more to come. I am coming up to my 19th year, but we have never had a date, as we are not married and we can't remember the day we met. Congratulations. I hope your wedding anniversary went very well. It is wonderful that you feel able to express these feelings I hope your wife knows as well as MyLot. My husband and I have been married 22 years. Our children are just leaving home so the house will be a bit quiet for a while but I can't wait until we retire and can spend more time together. If I counted correctly this should be my 1,000th post.
