False accusations of domestic abuse

I would like to openly discuss the situation where a man has been falsely accused of abusing or harming their female mate. I'm interested in how you dealed with it and what occured to you and your relationship because of this. It goes without saying a man should not put his hands on a female or harm her in anyway. But with that being said a women should not put her hands on a man and she should receive the same treatment that male abuser would. Some thing is going on in the justice system that any guy that has been falsely accused knows and quite frankly its that an ill intended women can easily manliputate the system and the guy can do little to defend himself. The system pretty much says you are guilty and it is very hard to prove otherwise. So please give me you stories and thoughts and ladies I want to hear from you too after all it's about fairness under the law.
