Did you finish high school?

I quit high school at the start of year 12 (which is the final year in Australia) then a couple years later completed it at TAFE. I must say I enjoyed TAFE 3i457749834759876579400000650495600 X better than school because the teachers there treat the students like adults and with respect, unlike at school. I am glad I did leave and should have done it sooner. How about you?

Surf the net for that type of information. I'm sure you can find what you need. :) I'd like to write a book one day as well but I have a tendency of starting one and not finishing.

nope - I dropped out 3 times before deciding that it just wasn't for me. I later on got my G.E.D ( high school equivalent diploma here in the U.S.A). Passed it the first time and in my point of view - it's not necessary to go to school from the age of 5 to 18 to get into some sort of college. The wanting to go and having the ability to make it through college is what you need, not 13 years of babysitting.

Yes, I finished high school. There were times during my freshmen year that I wanted to drop out, but looking back on that, I'm not even 100% sure why I wanted to do that. In the end, though, I'm glad to have graduated from high school and gone on to college (and then more college... and maybe more in a few years... :) ).

I finished school. I was the first one on my fathers side to actually make it high school and get through highschool. My father dropped out when he hit 8th grade and was really pushed me to go to high school. I am glad I did cause it gave me more opportunities for jobs than he had.

I finished high school in the spring of 2006. I've been in college ever since. School never seems to end.

I finished high school and went on to complete my Bachelors. I did not like my high school, but I am glad I graduated in the end. I have that to fall back on.

I finished school and I'm glad I did. I think everyone should have a highschool education. It definitely is important to life. I even went on to college, I'm getting ready to enter my Junior year of college, and I'm convinced college, even a little bit of college is also important. Without a highschool diploma, you can't get a great job.

I finished high school. I actually really enjoyed school. The social atmosphere in my school was the smart kids were cool, instead of geeks. I happened to be one of those smart kids (straight A's) I also was an athlete. high school was a great place for me to start building myself up as a person, and college just continued that while allowing me to be more independent. I liked school, and I was good at it. I never felt like I was treated like a child, but I was very responsible at that time, so no one had a reason to belittle me.

Yes I graduated High School. It was one of the most depressing times for me because I loved school so much I didn't want to leave. When I was 33 I went to college and got my Associates Degree in Business Management. I love college too. I now wish I had gone to college straight out of High School instead of waiting so long. I think my life would have turned out much different. I'm glad you to TAFE and enjoyed it so much.

Yes, I finished high school. I then went on to college and finished that too. I was very active in high school with extra activities and I would have missed all of that if I had dropped out. School got kind of boring for me my senior year and I was so glad to have the extra activities to keep me going.

I have a friend who goes to/went to Tafe. She was/is taking design classes. I'm not sure if she's still going cause I know she was talking about leaving for a while because she was kind of getting tired of it and decided to turn into a partier instead. I finished high school. I never understood people who quit in their last couple years of school, especially senior year. (Also Grade 12) by then you've gone through at least 12 years already (Kindergarten - 11th) so why not suck it up and make it through one more year? Why put those first 12 years to waste. and hey if you went to preschool you technically had 13 years already. I just didn't understand why people could waste all those years and not even graduate. But...I never went to college.

I finished high school, college and just finished my Masters and planning to take up my Doctors Degree at age 33 or 35. I think school is good when you know exactly why you are there. Most of the people take school for granted because they think that getting the diploma is the main point while it really isn't. It's not about the diploma, it's how you got there and what values are still present in your ways after you graduated. =)

life differ from people to people.i was born in the poor countryside.if you didn't go to college, that means you should pay more to make money or to support your family.yes,i have no choice, but study hard.in high school,i worked hard, almost crazy.then three years later,i succeeded to pass the exams to college, and i was enrolled in a famous university.that time i did think of my beautiful future in my eyes.when i was going to graduate,i was recommanded to further my study.the chance was precious,it was for free.it can help me save a lot of money.so i went on.a couple of months ago,i graduated as a master.now the job market changed a lot,the competition is ferice.but luckily i found an ideal job.but I still have a lot of things to do,and my future seems to be not as beautiful as before.

Well,I have finished my high school,in China, its compulsory education is 12 years,I don't think Chinese education is good,it's sure that your education system is better than ours. But whatever,it's not relevant to your success.
