Why does the USA think they can tell other countries they can't have nuclear weapons. It's like a bully with a big stick and tells other kids on the block they can't get stick and if they try to get a big stick he will hit them over the head with his big stick because he stands for peace and he is the only one mature enough to handle the responsibilty a big stick. Here is a idea everytime another country wants to get a nuclear weapon the USA can convince them not to by the USA getting rid some of their own nuclear weapons that would be leading by example.
