how do you spend your lunch break?

My lunch is only 45 minutes But i still go out with collegues.. hmm i guess it's some form of entertainment to have lunch with them and interact. BONDING. haha.. and take some time off the computer screen! =s

I just finished my lunch break. I had one hour and I used half of it to eat and then the other half, me and my colleague would go downstairs to walk around. It's very boring in the office for us and we are glad to walk around and check out different stuff. Mostly, we think we have been sitting around here forever and our butts are definitely getting bigger. We need to get out of the boring environment and get some "fresh" air outside. But sometimes, if it's raining, we would just get back on our PC after eating.

I always have lunch break and eat lunch with my husband. Everyday I cook lunch for both of us and I will wait my husband to come back from office to have lunch with me. After having lunch, I will go back mylotting. I play dinerdash too, it is a very entertaining game. I like it very much. I seldom sleep during lunch hour, to me it is a waste of time except if I am too tired and needed some rest. If not, I will not sleep. There's a lot of work to be done.

Hello cefaz_21, I always stay in my office during my lunch break. I only have exactly one hour for a lunch break and due to heavy traffic jam outside, it is always not enough time for me to go out. I will only go out if I feel really really hungry *smiles* Most of the time, I am in front of the computer. I can also mylotting while in the office but the problem is, I am pretty busy with my office work sometimes.

everytime it's a lunch time at my office i will eat my lunch that usually i brought myself while mylotting.after luch along with my 4 best friends we are sitting at the stairs and smoking and cheating.we sit there because there's no place for smokers.

Lunchtime is the best time for relaxation of your body and mind in your everyday routine bounded monotonous job life....though for some the job may not be as dull and monotonous as others.but still lunch time is just like your own time cut off from your work for some brief moments and be on your own whether you are chatting with friends or orkutting or Myloting...or talking over phone to your lover...and whispering and reminding them over and again that you love him/her several times and how much you care for that even in your brief spare moment alloted for pleasing and soothing your stomach and mind you are concerned for your lovers health and state of mind.And for housewives and househusbands :))...full time and part time moms and dads this lunch break is no less important than their working counterparts.Only difference is the timings and time limits..In the second case it is more flexible I presume...within the confines of your own home you can just switch on the idiot box and enjoy your lunch or you can just sing Elvis presley tunes and enjoy your lunch .

I get my lunch at Panda Express and then I just do what I want on my computer.

I spend it cooking lunches, typically. We have our large meal in the late afternoon, as my beloved works over-nights. I make sure to have a good hardy lunch ready when he wakes up to get ready for work. The kids and I eat this meal with him. Then I pack him a simple lunch to take to work with him, he gets a break in the late evening, but it is only a half hour break add the time it takes to get to the punch clock and it is probably only a 25 minute lunch break. no time for a filling meal there.

here in my office, we spend luchtime eating lunch together with my friends from other departments. its our only time to chit chat and catch up with whats going on with each of us. we sometimes get really caught up in our work that we dont have time to say any hi or hellos in the morning or say bye in the afternoon.

Hi,cafaz_21! If I'm in school,I always spend my lunch time in front of my computer coz I won't miss mylotting when I eating. Now I'm enjoying my summer holidays at home,so I just eating at lunch time.

In the past I liked to go to the mobile phone forums to download software and games. Or sometimes I will reply to my friends' emails. Now it's different because of Mylot. I also like to post in Mylot in the lunch break:)

I love break times because I can concentrate on mylot. I have a lunch buddy here in the office and as soon as the clock strikes 12:00nn, we go straight to the pantry and eat our lunch. It usually takes us about 15-20 minutes and after that, I will be right back in fron of my PC and go to mylot immediately. Most people here in the office are not into naps, usually some would go right back to work while some like me would surf the internet or run some personal errands.

wOw! You seem to have just fun at work. :) And you get to play. *hehe* (oh well, me too sometimes) LOL... I spend lunch because I have to eat or else, ulcer will attack. *waaaah* I do myLot during break, or if I need some breather from work. LOL Take care and God bless!

I usually have a rest for one hour,and then I can have a high spirit to study.

Most of the time I use it for sleeping and its what I look forward to during my 8 hours work. We have a pantry where theres a bed and its just full during lunch time. I like to take a nap in betwen my four hours of work coz it gives me strength after that. I eat first then I go to sleep.

I eat right away and back to my computer again to play doner dash too or bookworm and when get tired a bit i surf and do mylot. I rarely take a nap because i do that after breakfast here at the office hehehe

I go to lunch also with my officemate and share with each other. Thereafter takes a cup of tea and cigerate. then come back to office.
