yes..I still use mouthwash even after brushing my teeth..it was so refreshing in my mouth..my mouth feels so clean and my breath was so fresh..and i believe that brushing your teeth is not enough to clean the bacteria and germs that lives in our mouth.I also use floss.. how about you?

i use ,outh wash for it is freshning after brushing one's teeth. but let me tell you something. one's brushinh is never complete without the tongue being properly cleaned. a tongue is the best device to clean the mouth after brushing, and also , if it's not too much to take one's index and middle fingers deep into the gullet and cleaning it as deep as possible, in the begining it is a little trouble some but then you get used to it. but a tongue is the thing that is of great effect. hope it was not too much. haha. apple.

totally! not to mention the marvellous feeling of minty fresh, it also bestows you sufficient protection to your teeth over nights. aww i do not recommend anybody to floss their teeth. it expands the teeth gap and devastates the quality of surface of your teeth etc x

but my dentist recommended it to me..coz brushing our teeth isnt enough to ease away the bacteria in the middle of the teeth.

I still use mouthwash plus I use a prewash mouthwash. I have my children using the premouthwash also because I want to make sure they're cleaning their teeth correctly and they must use mouthwash afterwards too. Some people tell me I'm over killing it but I don't so because I feel your mouth is very important to keep clean. It cuts down on colds and other things plu when you mouth is clean your feel so much better. Thats just me and I don't think anything is wrong with using both.

The difference btwn premouthwash and mouthwash is that you use the pre before you brush your teeth, that helps loosen up plague and other stuff in your mouth, so whenyou brush your teeth you'll have a cleaner health mouth then after you to the first 2 steps then you finish it off with the mouthwash for a mint fresh clean mouth. (See the reason for my kids use it is because when they pre wash the pre wash let them see what they need to focus on and make sure they're brushing like they should so the kids one help to make sure they brush properly and loosen plague and all that other mess they eat during the day. The adult one does the same but you don't have that fruity color stuff its usually teeth whitener along with helping to loosen plague and help with gum disease etc.) By my kids doing the 3 steps I set(train them) for them so far nor one of my kids have cavities.

I use mouthwash after I brush. A little listerine goes a long way. I think it's a great way to rinse away anything that the toothbrush didn't get. It's also rather refreshing on the mouth.

Yes....... mine this hobby matches with you. I also prefer to use mouthwash even after brushing my teeth. I brush my teeth twice a day and use mouthwash around thrice a day. One should not take risks specialy with his/her teeth. Its better you do these small things like using mouthwash rather than going to dentists. I am very scared of dentists.... Also it helps in keeping you and your teeth healthy. Then why dont just spend some seconds in doing this activity and reducing your chances of visit to a dentist!

I prefer to use mouthwash before brushing my teeth for two minutes... so it will soften the plaque and other particles that attach to the teeth and gum, and its also smooth the surface of teeth and tongue. After that i will brush my teeth at least 3 minutes... I think 5 minutes is enough to have a healthy teeth!!! Fressssssssssssssshhhhh!!!

Use mouthwash will remove the fluoride which is the most important reason why you brush your teeth... Mouthwash is only to fresh your breath and as i said before, soften the plaque and particles attached to teeth that if stay in teeth for long time, will cause the caries, gum disease, tooth decay, and gingivitis. Since you brush your teeth with toothpaste which is usually contain with fluoride, it will protect your teeth from those dirty particles that will damage enamel.

Yes of course, its refreshing, its like taking a bath two times. Some mouth wash can cure sore throat, i look for that one, beacuse ive tried it already. Sometime when i feel my throat is itchy i use it and it helps.
