PCA International was definitely, by far, the worst work experience I've ever had. They use and take advantage of all of their employees, who, by the way, are NEVER good enough. The pay is mediocre, even though they reel you in with promises of a pay raise after so many months. Yeah. The pay raise is a mealsy quarter, and if you don't have a good sales record, they even jip you of that. They actually reprimanded me for not coming in on my DAY OFF! They called me at 7 in the morning, after I had worked 6 consecutive days in a row, on my day off and basically told me that I had no choice but to come in to work because they needed me. When I told my manager no, she yelled at me and told me that nobody else could do it! It was a major headache! FInally after 8 months of working there, the time came to move. When my manager asked if I'd like to put in for a transfer to a Colorado Store, I had to stop myself from laughing in her face. The sad thing is, my manager was actually a really nice woman! The company made her evil though. Horrible horrible company. Has anybody else ever had the pleasure of working there?
