What is the best PAYING SURVEY site?

Can any of you tell us which is the best paying SURVEY site which pays through PAYPAL.

A lot of the better paying survey sites pay by check, there are a couple that pay by paypal but they either don't accept your country or they don't pay well. im currently trying PSBsurverys it pays with paypal or amazon gift cards there is no min payout with paypal i belive anyone correct me if im wrong

I am currently with PSBsurveys and have gotten paid by them as well. You are right they pay through paypal or amazon gift cards and there is no minimum payout. The only not so good thing is that you have to wait 10-12 weeks for processing after the survey closes .... but they do have some pretty good incentives for the surveys, usually $2 - $10 per survey.
