what does everyone think about reducing the drinking age

Personally i don't drink or smoke but most of my friends that are 16 are regular drinkers and smokers and they go through alot just to get a pack of smokes or a bottle of alcohol.
Especially my brother, and I remember him in the primary when it was learned smoking, and smokers now have great, and sometimes must undergo a two day packet of cigarettes, it becomes very young who always has a cigarette, I really worry about his future health.

reducing the drinking age would be a stupid thing to do. there are already far too many teens drinking and smoking as it is. the difficulty they go through to get them at least in some small part deters others from even starting. if the age was lowered then it would be such a simple thing as buying a soda then i bet the numbers of new teenage smokers and drinkers would more than triple!!
not a good idea. for their own safety and everyone around them..especially when it comes to drinking, since teens have enough car accidents without being drunk already. imagine how much worse it would be!
