Ukraine man declared the world's tallest over China's previous Record

Today i just saw the news that the Ukraine Man Leonid stadnik is 8 inch taller than china's previous record holder Bao xishun who measured 7 feet 9 inches.
Will Leonid be the tallest man, is there anyone else taller than him?
