It's the Indian Law. and No one can escape the Law, Even Sanjay Dutt. If he is guilty( which is already proved - Illigal possession of weapons)

yes absolutely right,because Mr.Sanjay Dutt even though is a popular cine star is not above law,after all he was not keeping a pen-knife,but keeping AK-47 which can fire 200 bullets per minute,which makes it quite dangerous, and he has brought this weapon from Terrorists who planted bombs all over Mumbai which killed more than 300 innocent people. Enough is enough let us also think about the 300 members families who have lost their father/mother/brother or sister in the bomb-blasts.

may i ask who is Sanjay Dutt?? but anyways i wanted to stressed out my view about imprisonment.. for me not all the people who's been imprisoned are all guilty of the certain crime which they are involved. there are a lot of people who now in jail who are victims of injustice and of the very powerful money. but in the case that you've posted i am hoping that, that person that you've mentioned is not a victim of what i said injustice.
