mood swings

Do u agree woman are more prone to mood swings than men? I am a victim too. For no particular reason my mood gets off. I get philosophical. Does this happen more to the females. Please share ur views?

U r right Mood swings are experienced more by women as
mood swings occor due to hormonal changes that can temporarily upset brain chemistry, such as during PMS, perimenopause, menopause or puberty. As the hormones involved normalize, these mood swings generally subside on their own.
i too have them very often..
