Your boss

I dont have a boss at the moment, but the last boss I had was brilliant, he was never usung his power over any employee and he was always making me coffee, and thanked me everyday for my work..

my last boss was just like that.. he would come in and just scream at everyone and they would cower.. well fortunatly for me my personality wont allow me to cower... the first time he yelled at me was after i had been there 2 days and i stood up and told him exactly what i thought of him and use the same exact foul language that he had used with me.. he just stood there with his mouth open.. then both of his sons walked in ( it is a family owned and runned buisness) and the youngest one looked at me and started laughing .. i actually got a raise!! he told me i was the first person to ever stand up to his fathers tirades and not back down well i worked for them for over a year and his father and i fought every day.. i finally came to the conclusion he wasnt doing it to be mean he was doing it because he liked to fight with someone and he found that with me

I am just an intern these days. My boss is very very very kind~~

My boss is younger, one of those straight out of college types who thinks they are better than everyone else, we are kind of friends and hang out sometimes, but at work he is like an entirly diffrent person.
