what should i do to EARN MORE MONEY in the internet aside from my lot?

how to real earn money in the internet? - i placed a money as image to give you an idea of what is the purpose of my topic. i guess i can only imagine those bills in the pictures? but with your help i may earn that bill and use it for good cost. i assure you

im just curious on how pople get extra money in the internet? as i read most article they will tell you to create a website or blog. i dont know how to make a website becuase my course is in the medical field. i made a blog, place adsense but then the ads is not related to my topics. i did search for a solution, but i dont know the terms such as SEO? traffic? etc...is this the only way people get real money in the internet? or are there good legitimate of job you can suggest? work is no problem for me as long as i dont work for a SCAM scheme jobs.....
