Do you have a cat, dog, bird, fish, snake or other? Do you spoil your pets.? Do you buy the best food for them or whatever is on sale.
Me, I have cats. My cats refuse to eat generic cheap food..Although they really love "Special Kitty" from Walmart which is a discount brand of cat food.
What about you ..Do you baby your pets..buy them the best? What kind of pet do you have?

That is quite a big pet family. You are so lucky to be able to have all those animals. If I won the lottery or fell into money I would have a big farm and have every kind of animal;)

I have a cat and she is spoiled, she gets Purina Indoor formula and lots of toys. I have decided that she has been a little too spoiled and needs to lose weight, I need to too so now I play with her even more by running up and down the stairs with a string for her to chase!
I also have fish, but there new and I haven't even named them yet.
I live with my parents right now and they also have a dog, who is spoiled, she's getting old though, so she doesn't do much.

Purina is a good brand of catfood. I usually buy purina but if I am at Walmart I will buy "special kitty" since my cats love it really well and its half the price of purina.

When I was a child we had a dog, who lived to be 16.5. When I moved into my own apartment I got a cat, and now my fiance has a cat. My sister has a number of dogs and cats, and my mother has a dog, two cats, and two horses.

Cats are pretty clean animals..Apart from their litter box you cannot tell that they are in the house..they don't smell..like the dogs do;)

We have a cat, her name is "Hazel". We buy her the store's brand dry cat food and that's about it. She is not a spoiled cat, but she doesn't go outside, she is scared. I don't know how will she survive if we would let her out.

Hazel? Is she fixed ? I never let out an indoor female cat outside..I think it would be cruel as male cats are mean and hateful and indoor cats don't have the same ability to fight as outdoor cats.

No she is not fixed. We want to have her fixed but I don't know how much it costs to do that. Do you have any idea?

Toy poodles are very nice..as are all poodles. The good thing about poodles are they don't shed that much and so they make very good pets for those who have allergies.

3 cats and the basset devil in my avatar. :) Spoiled...nah! All 3 felines will only eat canned Friskies, and it has to be the fillets or shredded-no ground stuff here! Temptations kitty treats-chicken only. And Science Diet-original-dry food. The dog-Alpo-again, no ground food, Beneful, and Moist-n-Meaty. Peanut butter treats for her ball, garbage, kitty litter, that funky lookin' thing on the sidewalk, and bread. I've never known any dog, or any animal-to love bread as much as Georgia does. She gets her own loaf. And she still steals it from the neighbors' birds...

Dogs must be the easiest to please..because usually they will eat anything now cats, they are different. They develop tastes and once they do they become picky eaters;) Glad you are able to care for all yours.

Yes, the cats are quite, quite picky. And Georgie pretty much eats whatever doesn't move. :) Wouldn't change them for anything though-no matter how frustrated I can get when Georgie makes another mess. :) (Gives me stuff to post about! :D

That is so nice of you to feed the stray cats too. I get stray cats here too. There are so many. I hope they find a home..as I wouldn't like for them to be poisoned or hit by a car.

My cat's name is Baby. He is spoiled rotten. He wants everything now. We've taught him some patience, but not much. He's silver and charcoal gray. He's a very handsome fellow. Female cats bring him mice even though he's been fixed.
Some generic cat foods have very little or even no meat in them. One brand that I read had meat broth and that was the closest thing to meat in the entire ingredient list. Premium foods have meat. Cats are carnivores, so I try to get them meat.
So everyone, read the ingredients in your packages.
Also, there may be a filler your cat doesn't like. Some don't like and are even allergic to corn, wheat, and soy. Take care and good topic.

I had a cat named "Baby" but gave him away to a young girl who promised to take care of him.. I heard though he suffered the fate that many outside cats do..that of being poisoned by anti-freeze.
Anti-freeze will kill a cat..so watch your baby.

Sounds nice..is your chihuahua a big one or minature chihuahua? They are smaller to start but there are several types.. Persian cats they are really expensive, if buying one.

I have 3 labrador retrievers. They all get Purina Dog Chow. We've tried the more expensive stuff, but they seem to like Purina the best, and it also seems to be easiest on their stomachs.
I have a parakeet. I buy her the cheap food at Walmart, because she doesn't like all the extra stuff they put in the fancy parakeet food. I just give her treats on the side, so she isn't eating the same thing all the time.
I have a few hermit crabs. They get spoiled. I don't buy them commercial food because it can cause deformities in hermit crabs. I buy organic foods and dry them out for them. They love it.
I have an iguana, he gets spoiled as well. He gets lots of different greens, veggies, and fruits. He gets a bath every day.

What kind of food does a hermit crab eat? Where did you get the hermit crabs. What about the iguana? What kind of food does an iguana eat?
