How to get your ideal body

Throughout two weeks exercising of yoga, I feel totally different comparing to before. Everday, I got feeling that I am losing weight and earned great emotion. Usually I did twice a day, one time in the morning in the backyard, the other is at the night. The friends around me are surprised with my big improvment. My best friend start doing it after she saw the results. The key is to keeping doing, therefore, selecting the situable posture is improtant. If anyone did it before, please share your experiences with me!

I have been doing yoga for two or three weeks also. And I noticed a real difference, and I'm not the only one; my boyfriend has noticed a difference in my thighs and other other parts of the body. I love that it is working on my abs without me doing crunches everyday or something like that.
