Music- the word itself is a relaxation and a pleasure to many. Many peopel who work hard all through the day come back from work and switch on their audio systems and relax themselves. They say music relaxes them and gives a soothing feeling.Even I agree hat music really gives us a peace to a tired mind. The business peopel also feel the same.Sometimes even the students feel that after hard prepartion for their exams ,when they listen to soothing melodious music they feel energized again. It gibves a new sound and energy to the mind.EVen medical filed depends on the music to cure people who are stressed and mentally ill.

I really believe music can relax. Some music is a little more soothing than others, but everyone has their own taste. Classical music tends to calm me down. Music that praises God, motivates me, and makes me feel better when I am down.
I think everyone can benefit from music. Music can be a strong influence on people.

Ofcourse. All the points you said are realistic. As for me it is really a relaxation technique when am tired or boared. Also selecting music depends on my mood. For relaxation i listen to soft music. If am in good mood and happy would like to hear fast beats. When am boared i love to hear my favourite meaningful songs.Smiles
