Now anyone that knows me will know that this is not the kind of artist they'd expect me to post about here. But a short while back I saw him do a concert on BBC4 called the Seeger Sessions which caught my attention in a big way, it is a big shift from what you'd expect from The Boss. OMG! Invasion of the Boss snatchers! AAAAHHHHH! My ears are bleeding! Rushing to find my Born in the USA CD so I can get this drivel out of my ears! Who stole the Boss? I'll have their heads!

It was okay, but I prefer the old Bruce of the 80's. Even Jon Bon Jovi has gone a bit country...must be the latest trend, lol. This one is one of my favorite Springsteen songs: http://youtube.com/watch?v=wo1npZWR5qk I bet you'll like it.

I actually like most of his stuff, but was just so shocked to see him doing the roots band, the fiddle did it for me, that is just so not what you expect in a Bruce gig lol

Hi Jaytech, Iv'e not been visiting here for some time, but enjoy your posts, alyhough our choice of music sometimes varies. I stumbled across Bruce singing Seeger when I was searching for a song from the 50s or 60s. Love him, and enjoy his renditions. Unfortunately Youtube is banned in Thailand.
