Last.fm is my favorite website so far, all you have to do is sign up for a free account and download a small plug in for any music player you use(such as Windows Media Player etc...) it counts how many songs you play each day and how many you play in a week, even tells you how many songs you play per artist. and the best part is when you download the last.fm software you get a little radio included in the software.

Since I use iTunes a lot now, I use this program called iLike.com it has everything you mentioned plus song and artist recomendations, free downloads, you get to make a profile at their site and meet friends with similar tastes in music as you do, they also make automatic playlists for you if you want, and now they let you know which of your fav artists are on tour so that you can buy tickets or something...
