My views on College Students Making Social Practice

In the modern world,work ability and work experience have become increasingly important.In a recent interview with the employers ,we found that the most important factor an employer would consider when choosing a potential employee is whether he or she has had work experience.Work experience is even considered more important than degres.
I think making social practice has more advantages.Making social practice is quite helpful to the soundly physical and mental development of college students and should be encouraged.
What is your opinion?

In my opinion, it should be encouraged indeed. Especially for our chinese students, but it is also have difficulties in nowadays china. in chinese custom, we didn't support a student to work. the worker's age is limit. he must is a universty student as usual. the opptunity to having practice is less at the sametime. while, to see the western students, when they as a child, they already often making practice. Regarding them, this is one of the normal matter.
