is it true that when you love - you sacrifice?

the worst part of loving is i guess accepting the fact that at times you arent part of the happiness of your love one, true love.. i say its one of the worst part of loving because too much of you must be sacrificed for your partner.. when you love someone, you dont only give hope for self-satisfaction but most of all you crave for the happiness of your love one.. sometimes though, up to the extent of risking your own happiness which if i may add is totally devastating..

True, love makes the world happy and love is unconditional , if not it isnt love.

When you really love then there is no worst part or sacrifice or risking or anything!
One has to learn that what really love is?! And then find out that s/he really loves or not?
What ever you are asking is indicating the primary stage of love. I am not saying that it is not good and i agree that any one can reach the true level of love ... But in between one has to learn so many thing to become love itself!
