From reading your question it seems to me that you speak better english than you realize, but if you wish to improve the best way would be to practice, chatting online will help but the best things you can do to improve would be to find others around you that speak english and talk to them as much as possible, or, there are also a number of different language courses available (such as Berlotz(?) and Rosetta stone) that will help you as well.

Dear Ningfang English is a language that requires lots of practice. 1)Practice writing 2)Practice reading 3)Practice speaking Read simple story books(for elementary or junior high school) to begin with.Complete 1 English story book (200 more pages) per week. Read out loud. Write in myLot all the time in proper ENGLISH. Do not use short forms and improper punctuations. You will not improve. Don't forget to ask for help to correct your mistakes..such as your above statement.."I'm from China, the country which will hold the 2008 Olympic Games. I want to improve my English to prepare for this!But I'm poor in English etc....".
