Do you cover your freckles or let them show?

When I was a little kid, I spent all day out in the blazing sun. After just a little bit of doing that I developed a nice set of freckles on my arms and nose. The freckles on my nose have long since faded, but they are still visible if you look close. Most times when I put on makeup, I take special care to cover them. For some reason, I don't want others to see my freckles. Not sure why. Some people think freckles are actually cute. Wish I were one of those people.
So how about you? Do you cover your freckles or let them show? What kind of cosmetics or makeup tricks do you use to cover your freckles? Most times I simply cover mine with a bit of foundation and they blend in with the rest of my skin tone. I guess I'm lucky the freckles are not darker.

i dont really have freckles since i am a Filipino and only very few Filipinos have freckles, and they are the one who are mestizas or those who have foreign parents. however, since i have this bad habit of pricking my pimples, i do have a reason to cover something from my face. i use concealer because as we all know, pimple scars are not good looking nor cute. lolz.

hehe, interesting question and interesting discussion. I donnot care about my freckles, I will let them show every day. Different people have different opinion on freckles. some people think it is cute, some people think it is not good. But I am one of those who think it is cute.

It's funny you should ask. When I was a kid I tried various ways of trying to get rid of freckles or covering them up. I didn't know that playing outside or being at the beach under the sun would give me freckles as I'm just predisposed to them. I always wished my skin would turn into one big freckle so I would look like I had a tan, but now that I'm an adult I realize it doesn't work that way. Sometimes I put a little cover make-up on to look nice but I'd forgotten all about hiding freckles as I am not so self-consious about it now. I guess I've grown up. Thanks for the question which reminded me that I'm a better more confident person now.

Freckles! I love freckles! I think they're cute and kind of classy. They give you that innocent, cutesy look. Which is always nice to have as you get older. I have freckles, lots of them. Very dark.. It's gross 'cause they almost look like black heads just a little bigger and they don't stick out of my face, at all. (Trust me, they're not. I know they're freckles. lol) I have one freckle on the tip of my nose. Like, the very tip. It's cute but annoying 'cause it becomes the centre of discussion when I meet people "omg! you have a freckle right on the tip of your nose. hehehehehehehehe".. I try not to cover them, because I don't like wearing cover up too much, and it would take an unnatural dark make up TO cover them. [:

The longer I'm in the sun- the more I get- but they fade back away- I don't cover them- I let them peek through- Freckles add character I say- They say Me- just like my crooked nose- I have never even tried to cover them up-
My brother is full of freckles!

I don't try to cover my freckles. I don't have very many, and the ones I have aren't very dark. I don't really think they are cute, but I don't think they are ugly either. They are just part of me I guess. I've had them for as long as I can remember. They were a lot darker when I was little, because I spent so much more time outside than I do now.
It always feels weird to me when I have them covered up. It doesn't look like me anymore. I think that might be one of the reasons that I hate wearing foundation!
